Just as we experienced a variety of weather this week, the children participated in a large range of activities. An opportunity to visit our local shops for ingredients meant that we could cook delicious cupcakes and on market day we bought young seasonal vegetables to plant out.

Worms, woodlice and centipedes were discovered on our bug hunt around the garden.

When the weather proved too wild, there was plenty to do inside such as using playdough to make Gruffalo pancakes and spaghetti with meatballs, creating marble paintings, completing jigsaws, building with Lego, dancing, singing and listening to favourite stories.
