As well as making lots of surprises for Christmas the children also :

Role-played as dogs, puppies, hospitals, train journey's, reindeers, wrapping & delivering presents. Made animal masks, building dens, made models using hammer nails & bottle tops, Christmas sensory bottles, playing with the marble run & shape sorters.

Reading Owl babies story sack ,"ten out of bed" story,singing Christmas songs, made up stories using the sensory bottles as our enchanted forest & puppets.

We had our Christmas party with a surprise visit from Father Christmas. We also held our nativity and afterwards sampled the Christmas cake the children had made. It was delicious!
