...Chinese New Year, birthdays and wow moments of achievements!

The children enjoyed trying on the Chinese lion mask, wearing Chinese dresses and eating noodles. Red envelopes, filled with chocolate, were given out as a symbol of good luck for the year ahead.

The children's interests also included: making pirate maps, den making, mixing paint, making kites and paper aeroplanes, competing in running races, making soup, salad and brownies in the mud kitchen, building sandcastles, drawing family pictures, chalk pictures of shapes and planets, making play dough cakes, making musical shakers, going sailing (using cardboard box),creating very long windy train tracks, making animal sanctuaries, stencilling and finally a huge dinosaur monster truck outside!!
