The Characteristics of Effective Learning

We saw the children springing back into action after the half-term break with lots of problem solving skills, have-a-go attitude, perseverance, having their own ideas and making links in their learning.

Constructing walkways outside and large buildings inside were popular activities along with exploring magnets, going camping, matching colours, drawing animals and insects; lots of stories from our story sacks, jumping in muddy puddles,playing hide and seek, junk modelling, mixing paint to create different colours ... and last but not least eating pancakes!
